1. Processing your Order

An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

2. Shipment Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 3-7 working days.

We will contact you for some reason if there are any delays.

We endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.

Dental pH-ix aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package.

8. Missing or Lost Package

There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a deliver exception. We often find that the package is either in the building or has been left with a neighbour. Dental pH-ix politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots and asks residents of their building if they have seen the package. If you haven't located your order, please contact us at info@dentalphix.com to report missing or lost packages.

Refunds

If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order we will refund you the full purchase price via PayPal. Please contact info@dentalphix.com if you wish to cancel your order.

Products can be returned within 14 days of recieving your delivery, if the product is unopened and is in it's original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed through PayPal once the return package has been recieved by Dental pH-ix and has met the return requirements. To initiate a return please contact info@dentalphix.com. Please be aware that you (the customer) are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with your return.

(a) In using the Purchase Services to purchase the Product through the Website, you agree to the payment of the purchase price listed on the Website for the Product (the 'Purchase Price ').

(b) Payment of the Purchase Price may be made through (the 'Payment Gateway Provider '). In using the Purchase Services, you warrant that you have familiarised yourself with, and agree to be bound by, the applicable Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant legal documentation provided by the Payment Gateway Providers.

(c) Following payment of the Purchase Price being confirmed by Alogenic, you will be issued with a receipt to confirm that the payment has been received by Dental pH-ix and that Dental pH-ix may record your purchase details for future use.

(d) Dental pH-ix may, at their sole discretion, provide a refund on the return of the Products within 45 days where the Product packaging is unopened and remains in a saleable condition. You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with any refund pursuant to this clause.
